1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We use them only for things that make the site work for you; we do not use them to follow you around the web.
2. The cookies we set
All cookies below are first-party and strictly necessary or preference-based:
- stayora_session - keeps you signed in; expires after 30 days or on sign-out
- stayora_currency - your chosen display currency; 1 year
- stayora_theme - light, dark or system; 1 year
3. Local storage
When you are not signed in, stays you heart are kept in your browser's local storage under stayora_guest_wishlist, and merged into your account if you later sign in. Clearing site data removes it.
4. Third parties
Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and flag images from flagcdn.com; those servers see your IP address when the images load, as with any web image. Neither sets cookies for us.
5. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie means you cannot stay signed in; blocking the preference cookies means your currency and theme reset on each visit.
