For properties
Fill more rooms without tricking anyone.
How it works
Four steps, no sales call required
You can stop at any point before the listing goes live - nothing is binding until you approve it.
Step 1
Tell us about the property
Name, city, type and how many rooms. Two minutes - no contract yet.
Step 2
We build the draft listing
Our team writes the description, sizes the photos and maps your rate plans. You approve every word before it goes live.
Step 3
Go live and get bookings
Availability and rates sync from your channel manager, or you edit them in the partner dashboard.
Step 4
Get paid
We settle each stay within five business days of check-out. One invoice a month, commission itemised per booking.
Commission & payouts
One rate. Nothing on top.
We charge 12% of room revenue on completed stays. That is the whole price list - there is no listing fee, no visibility upsell and no charge when a guest cancels.
- Commission is calculated on the room rate only - never on taxes or city fees.
- Cancelled and no-show bookings cost you nothing.
- Payout by bank transfer within five business days of check-out.
- One monthly invoice, itemised per booking, downloadable as PDF or CSV.

Questions
Before you apply
What does it cost?
A flat 12% commission on the room revenue of stays that actually happen. No listing fee, no subscription, no charge for cancelled or no-show bookings. Taxes and city fees pass straight through to you.
Can I pay for better placement?
No. Ranking is driven by guest rating, price competitiveness and how complete your listing is. We do not sell position in the results, and we mark nothing as 'sponsored' because nothing is.
Will you show countdown timers or fake scarcity on my listing?
Never. We show the real number of rooms left when it is genuinely low, and nothing at all when it is not. Guests arrive at checkout calm rather than rushed, which is why our cancellation rate is lower.
Who sets the cancellation policy?
You do, per rate plan. We display the deadline in the guest's own time zone before they pay, so there is no argument about it afterwards.
How do rates and availability sync?
Through your channel manager over a standard two-way connection, or manually in the partner dashboard if you prefer. Rate parity is not required - if you are cheaper on your own site, that is your business.
When and how do I get paid?
Bank transfer within five business days of each check-out, in your local currency. Guests can also pay at the property, in which case we simply invoice the commission.
