Fine if you're out all day
Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
Footsteps from the floor above from around six each morning. Roadworks on the corner from seven on the Monday, and nobody had warned us.

Not terrible, not memorable
Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light.

Nothing worked as advertised
They did refund the second night without arguing, so credit for that.
There was mould in the corner of the bathroom ceiling and the extractor did not work. The fridge in the flat had somebody else's food in it. Nobody was on the desk for long stretches, so I stood in the lobby with the suitcases for twenty minutes at check-in.

Small room, great location
Easy to park right outside and no hunting around at midnight. Milo sorted a late checkout on the last day without me even having to push for it. There is a shortcut through the square that saves about five minutes and somebody drew it on my map.
Nobody was on the desk for about ten minutes when I arrived on the Tuesday.

Would book again on price
Worked well for a group of us, with somewhere to sit together in the evening. Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building. Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily.

Two nights was enough
Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
The bathroom fan runs for twenty minutes after you leave and is loud.
