Comfortable enough
Bag storage on the last day was useful. Good base for a few nights: clean dorm, big lockers, decent kitchen.
It is a good ten minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.

Would not book again
It is priced sensibly, and that counts for something. A bell rings somewhere nearby on the hour and we stopped noticing it by the second day.
The staircase is narrow and steep, so allow a minute or two more than you think. The heating is on a timer and goes off at about eleven, which in December you feel by morning.

Left a night early
The Private Double Room is at least well laid out for the size.
A bottle of water in the room costs what a bottle of wine costs on the corner. Thin walls, so we knew a fair amount about our neighbours and their travel plans.

Nice staff, tired building
Good for a few nights alone - I was left to get on with it.
Scaffolding went up on the building opposite halfway through my stay. Storage is two hangers and a shelf, so I lived out of the bags.

I would ask for your money back
The building is beautiful from the outside.
Building work started at six every morning and nobody mentioned it when we booked. The heating did not come on for the whole stay and it was October. The kitchen was missing most of what you would need to cook, despite the listing. The desk was stretched thin and it showed - three requests went unanswered.
