Good bones, tired edges
You get more for the money here than at the two places we priced up in Seminyak. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
Only one set of keys for two of us, which needed some planning.

Left slightly deflated
A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them. A bell rings somewhere nearby on the hour and we stopped noticing it by the second day. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left.
Waiting twenty-five seconds for the lift each time adds up when you go back for a jumper.

Would think twice
Kitchen is well enough equipped for simple cooking. Firm mattress, which is exactly how we like it.
The bins have to go out on a Tuesday, which we only discovered on the last day.

Nearly perfect
Someone has planted herbs in pots by the door and you are clearly meant to use them. The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
We could not find anything to complain about.

Happy we booked it
A washing machine halfway through a month on the road is worth more than a minibar. The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
The shower head is fixed high on the wall and cannot be angled.

Never again
The building is beautiful from the outside.
Breakfast was advertised and included, then turned out to be cereal and instant coffee. We were charged a cleaning fee that was not in the booking and had to argue to get it back. The fridge in the flat had somebody else's food in it. The desk was stretched thin and it showed - four requests went unanswered.
