Reliable rather than exciting
Came for two nights, stayed four. The terrace is a good place to sit with a book in the late afternoon. Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking. Kitchen is well enough equipped for simple cooking.
It is a good seven minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.

Underwhelmed but not unhappy
Two nights, and two would have been plenty. Housekeeping twice a week kept on top of things. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced.
Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry.

Lovely, if you don't mind stairs
The roof terrace at sunset is the reason to book this place - we went up every night. The front door code worked every time, which sounds like a low bar until you have stayed somewhere it did not.
We were reminded about the nine checkout twice on the Wednesday, which felt unnecessary.

Never again
One of the cleaners was lovely and clearly working with nothing.
The lift was out of order the whole week and there is no sign of it being fixed. The bed linen was stained. We asked for it to be changed and waited until nearly half past ten that night. It needs a refurbishment rather than another coat of paint, and the price has not caught up with that.

Not quite worth it
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. The stairs creak in a way that is either charming or annoying depending on how tired you are. The house is big enough for a group and the pool is genuinely private.
Towels are changed only on request, which is sensible but was not explained.

One night too many
They let us sit in the courtyard with our own wine on the last night.
Delivery vans start up under the window from around eight. The gate needs a firm shove and the code has to be entered twice.
