Fine, but not at that price
Not a disaster, just not what I expected. The Terrace Room is well organised and everything has somewhere to go. Wifi was quick enough for email, maps and an evening of streaming.
The sofa bed in the Terrace Room is not somewhere you would want a second week.

A proper welcome
Straight to it: the location is the thing. The kind of place you book for two nights and immediately regret not booking for four - the bathroom is bigger than the one at home, with a rain shower and a bench to put things on.

Fine for a work trip: quiet floor, quick breakfast, cab rank outside.
Bin lorry at about half past seven on the Saturday, and we heard every bottle.

Book it and stop looking
It feels like a house rather than a hotel, and the owners are around without hovering.
Breakfast is charged separately and is not far off cafe prices in Wat Bo. Nobody was on the desk for about twenty minutes when we arrived on the Monday.

Easy stay, no dramas
Somebody has thought about the art on the walls, and it shows in a way photographs do not capture.
No screens on the windows, so it is a choice between the heat and the mosquitoes.
