Best breakfast of the trip
We ended up in the same corner cafe three mornings running, which tells you something about Centro Storico. Housekeeping were quietly excellent and clearly took pride in the rooms. I uploaded a large file from the room in minutes and nobody at the other end noticed I was away.
Nothing, and I am usually good at finding something.

Falls well short
Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area.
The bed is too firm for us - we ended up putting the spare duvet under the sheet.

Right, so. We ate in twice out of laziness and were glad both times - the kitchen is better than it needs to be.

Nearly perfect
our two were in the pool from nine until they were dragged out, and the shallow end is properly shallow.
Parking nearby is expensive, though that is Rome rather than the hotel.

Handy, if a little dated
Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking. Good for a few nights alone - I was left to get on with it. The gym has what you need for a week away and is never busy.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light.
