7.0Some good, some frustrating
Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building; there is a lift, which we were glad of on the way up with the suitcases.
We were reminded about the ten checkout twice on the Friday, which felt unnecessary. There is a bar on the corner that empties out noisily on a Tuesday night.

7.0Location good, room less so
Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily. Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer.
The radiator clanked from about half past six every morning.

9.3A proper welcome
Nothing was too much trouble - a spare adapter, a table booking, a taxi at dawn. Self check-in with a code, clear instructions, and I was inside two minutes after the taxi left. Proper shower pressure and hot water immediately, not after a minute of hoping. The courtyard rooms hear nothing but pigeons, which is the whole point.
Nothing at all, and we looked.

6.0Falls well short
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. The shower at least was hot. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
A bottle of water in the room costs what a bottle of wine costs on the corner.

8.9Easy stay, no dramas
The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener. The wifi held up through a two-hour video call without a single drop. Spotless, including the places nobody checks - skirting boards, the kettle, under the bed.
Genuinely nothing worth writing down.

8.1No complaints, no fireworks
Good for a few nights alone - I was left to get on with it. The view over the rooftops from the balcony is a proper one.
The keycards demagnetised twice and I had to go back down to the desk.
