6.6Would look elsewhere next time
There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved us a few euros a day. Asakusa is pleasant to wander in the evening, and nothing felt far. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light. The bathroom is clean but the fittings belong to a previous decade.

9.8The best night's sleep of the trip
Turned up late, tired and grumpy, and were looked after. Proper shower pressure and hot water immediately, not after a minute of hoping. Plenty of storage in the flat, which sounds dull until you have unpacked for a fortnight.
Not a single thing, which almost never happens.

The rate held steady when we added a night, which we appreciated. Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer.
Pillows are enormous and there is no alternative on offer.

Kitchen is well enough equipped for simple cooking. Good for a few nights alone - I was left to get on with it.
It is showing its age in places - a chipped door frame here, a tired carpet there.

Mixed feelings about this one. The rate held steady when we added a night, which we appreciated. Kitchen is well enough equipped for simple cooking.
There is construction across the street that starts at half past seven, so bring earplugs.

Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
Housekeeping missed us entirely on the Wednesday. We were moved rooms on the Tuesday at an hour's notice with no explanation.
