Comfortable enough for three nights
Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat. Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area.
The shower takes a good minute to warm up, which adds up over three days.

Would stay again at that price
Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which I prefer. There is a lift, which I was glad of on the way up with the cases. You get more for the money here than at the two places I priced up in Condesa.
One small lift for two floors - fine unless everyone checks out at once.

Needs a proper refurbishment
Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area.
Thin walls, so we knew a fair amount about our neighbours and their travel plans. The bathroom is clean but the fittings belong to a previous decade.

Great few days in Condesa
Living like a resident rather than a guest for a week: market, kitchen, balcony, repeat. Spot on for a first visit - you can walk out of the door and start.
Loading and unloading outside is awkward on a street that narrow.

Not what the photos promised
The flat suited us well for a short stay. Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left.
The bed is too firm for us - we ended up putting the spare duvet under the sheet.

Fine for a couple of nights
A bell rings somewhere nearby on the hour and we stopped noticing it by the second day. Condesa is pleasant to wander in the evening, and nothing felt far. You get more for the money here than at the two places we priced up in Condesa.
The walk back from Palacio de Bellas Artes is all uphill, which we had not thought about. The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light.
