6.7Good location, mixed stay
Wanted to like it more than we did. Someone has planted herbs in pots by the door and you are clearly meant to use them. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
The bed is too firm for us - we ended up putting the spare duvet under the sheet.

Good toiletries in refillable bottles, and towels changed without being asked twice - the building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
Street parking is free after half past ten and impossible before it. The last two hundred metres are steep and cobbled - not a problem, just plan for it.

Room was warm enough in November, which was the main worry. The view over the rooftops from the balcony is a proper one.
Towels are changed only on request, which is sensible but was not explained.

8.9Does the important things well
For Seoul, this is a properly central spot without the coach parties. Self check-in with a code, clear instructions, and we were inside two minutes after the taxi left.
The keycards demagnetised twice and we had to go back down to the desk.

6.4A stay of two halves
You get more for the money here than at the two places I priced up in Seongsu. Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
The bathroom fan runs for fifteen minutes after you leave and is loud.

9.8Quiet room, great coffee
Living like a resident rather than a guest for a week: market, kitchen, balcony, repeat - we arrived hours early and they took the cases without a fuss, then messaged when the room was ready.
