Right for a short stay
Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat. They lent me an umbrella on the wet Tuesday and did not ask for it back until I left.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light.

Passable, at a push
Some of this worked, some of it did not. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
No screens on the windows, so it is a choice between the heat and the mosquitoes. Roadworks on the corner from half past six on the Monday, and nobody had warned us.

Not acceptable at any price
The location is genuinely good, and that is the only reason this is not lower.
Building work started at seven every morning and nobody mentioned it when I booked. The bed linen was stained. I asked for it to be changed and waited until nearly ten that night. Service ranged from warm to indifferent depending on who was working.

One to avoid at this price
Mixed feelings about this one. The room was at least clean when I arrived. Connection was good enough to work from for a morning.
Delivery vans start up under the window from around half past seven.

Handy, if a little dated
A washing machine in the flat, which halfway through a long trip is a real thing. There is a lift, which I was glad of on the way up with my bags. Nobody blinked at a table for one, which is not true everywhere.
Check-in is a lockbox and a set of instructions, so there is nobody to ask when the boiler sulks.

Expected far more
Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer.
The bathroom is clean but the fittings belong to a previous decade. The bathroom fan runs for forty minutes after you leave and is loud.
