A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them. Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning.
Waiting ten seconds for the lift each time adds up when you go back for a jumper. The shower head is fixed high on the wall and cannot be angled.

8.8Comfortable and well placed
Housekeeping were quietly excellent and clearly took pride in the rooms. Nothing was too much trouble - a spare adapter, a table booking, a taxi at dawn.
I have sat here for a minute and cannot think of anything.

Astonishingly quiet for somewhere this central - we never heard the street once. Not a mark anywhere, and the room smelled of nothing at all, which is exactly right.
Nothing worth mentioning, and that is rare.

6.5Some good, some frustrating
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. The Junior Suite suited us well for a short stay. The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast. Good set-up for families - a shallow pool, high chairs and staff who do not mind noise.
The heating is on a timer and goes off at about nine, which in November you feel by morning.
