Easy to recommend
We ended up in the same corner cafe three mornings running, which tells you something about Marina Bay. Proper shower pressure and hot water immediately, not after a minute of hoping.
There is no fridge in the room, so the wine we bought stayed warm.

Nice place, tired lift
Somebody on the desk at three in the morning when my flight finally landed, still cheerful. For what I paid in December, this was the best value stay of the trip by a distance. Two nights in and I was sleeping through until eight, which never happens for me.
Nothing - we have already looked at dates for next year.

Restful and central
Went in with low expectations after the last place. They cook eggs how you ask and the bread comes from the bakery opposite, still warm. Somebody had left a shelf of paperbacks by the window and I got through two of them.
Only that everywhere else now has a lot to live up to.

Fine for a couple of nights
Fine for a work trip: quiet floor, quick breakfast, cab rank outside.
One person on the desk at nine in the evening means a queue when the airport bus arrives.

Worth it for Marina Bay
Three rooms on the same floor, which saved a lot of shouting up stairwells. Location is the strong point - ten minutes to Sentosa Island and a metro stop close by.
The connection slowed to nothing each evening from about half past ten, when the place fills up.
