Room for improvement
They keep a jar of sweets by the lift that nobody admits to eating from. Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning. The restaurant is convenient and priced about where you would expect. Connection was good enough to work from for a morning.
Checkout at ten is early when you have an evening flight.

Simple and clean
Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily.
Traffic on the main road carries to the front rooms until well past midnight.

Would recommend with one caveat
There is a bakery two doors down that opens at six, which I discovered by accident on the first morning. Iron that heats up, a mirror you can knot a tie in, and enough sockets by the bed.

Expected far more
Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building. The room was at least clean when we arrived.
Housekeeping missed us entirely on the Tuesday. Roadworks on the corner from seven on the Sunday, and nobody had warned us.

No complaints, no fireworks
The Superior Twin Room suited me well for a short stay. The desk kept an eye out for me without making a thing of it. Breakfast is an extra, and worth it for proper pastries alone.
The buffet gets picked over if you arrive after half past nine.

Worth it for Mid-Beach
Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily. A cat lives in the courtyard and considers the chairs to be hers.
One person on the desk at half past ten in the evening means a queue when the airport bus arrives.
