Worth it for Florentin
Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning. Good position overall, and I walked most places rather than paying for cabs.
Thin walls, so I knew a fair amount about my neighbours and their travel plans.

One to avoid at this price
Some of this worked, some of it did not. Easy place to be a group without annoying anyone. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced.
Scaffolding went up on the building opposite halfway through our stay. Service in the bar was slow when it filled up after ten.

Falls well short
Breakfast was fine, and the coffee was better than expected.
You have to log in again every day, which is a small irritation that adds up over two nights. The window seals are not what they could be and Florentin is not a silent neighbourhood.

They put a cot in without being asked and left a small plate of fruit for our youngest.

Hard to recommend at this rate
There is a good market on Saturday about eight minutes away that nobody had told us about. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left.
Checkout is half past nine and a late one costs about as much as another night's breakfast. We asked twice about the noise and nothing came of it.

Two nights was enough
We slept well: the room is dark, cool and quiet after ten.
Mosquitoes in the evening once the doors are open - the shop on the corner sells the plug-ins. Thin walls, so we knew a fair amount about our neighbours and their travel plans.
