Good location, mixed stay
Bag storage on the last day was useful. The desk is staffed at night, which mattered for our late arrival.
Shower pressure drops off when the floor is busy at about half past seven. Loading and unloading outside is awkward on a street that narrow.

Pleasant but noisy at night
Straight to it: the location is the thing. Room was warm enough in December, which was the main worry.
You hear the door of the room next to you every time it shuts.

Restful and central
Went in with low expectations after the last place. For what I paid in December, this was the best value stay of the trip by a distance. Ended up on the walking tour with four people from my dorm and I was still out at midnight.

Perfectly decent
Sociable without being a party hostel, and the bunks are sturdy.
Thin walls, so we knew a fair amount about our neighbours and their travel plans.

Fine for a couple of nights
Good base for a few nights: clean dorm, big lockers, decent kitchen. Bikes to borrow, which I used on both mornings.
Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry. The restaurant is fine but you would not choose it if you were not already staying there.

Kitchen is well enough equipped for simple cooking.
Stairs only to the sixth floor, which was fine for me but would not suit everyone.
