Poor value in Medina
Breakfast was fine, and the coffee was better than expected. The location is genuinely good, which is most of why we stuck it out.
Dust on the top of the wardrobe and behind the door, which we noticed on the second day. The kitchen closes at ten, which we found out the hard way on the Saturday.

Somewhere between fine and not
Quiet from about ten at night, once the bar downstairs empties out.
The furniture is dated and the corridors could do with a repaint. It is uphill from the metro, which you feel with the suitcases in the heat.

Good location, average room
Somebody had left a shelf of paperbacks by the window and I got through two of them. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced.
The air conditioning rattled on the last night; maintenance swapped a part the next morning.

Would recommend with one caveat
the children were in the pool from nine until they were dragged out, and the shallow end is properly shallow.
Parking nearby is expensive, though that is Marrakesh rather than the hotel.

Mixed, mostly good
We are fussy about where we sleep. The Deluxe King Room is well organised and everything has somewhere to go. Good position overall, and we walked most places rather than paying for cabs. our youngest were happy, which is most of the review.
The lift takes one suitcase and a hopeful expression, so there is a queue at ten in the morning.

Better than the price suggests
Slept better than at home, which after four flights in a week is saying something. Astonishingly quiet for somewhere this central - I never heard the street once.
It is uphill from the metro, which you feel with my bags in the heat.
