Went in with low expectations after the last place. Blackout curtains that meet in the middle, a mattress with some life in it, and silence after eleven.

In at eleven at night, out at six, and everything worked. That is all I need. I booked for three nights and extended to five, which tells you what I thought of the price.
The lift takes one suitcase and a hopeful expression, so there is a queue at eleven in the morning.

A real desk with a real chair and a socket at elbow height - somebody has actually worked in a hotel room before.

10.0Rare to get it all right
Two nights in and we were sleeping through until eight, which never happens for us. We were at Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in fifteen minutes on foot, which changed how we used the days.

4.9Nothing worked as advertised
It is close to Qurum Beach, and that is the whole of the good news.
We reported a broken shower on arrival and it was still broken when we left five days later. The bathroom door did not shut and the toilet ran all night. The heating did not come on for the whole stay and it was September.

7.8Fine, and fine is enough
The shuttle runs on the hour and drops you right at the terminal. Reception were helpful when I needed a doctor's address, which I appreciated.
Wasps around the breakfast tables in September, which is hardly their fault.
