Really rather good
Turned up late, tired and grumpy, and were looked after. The view from the balcony is not a marketing photograph - it is genuinely that. A washing machine halfway through a month on the road is worth more than a minibar.

Not for us
Not a disaster, just not what we expected. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat. The window in the bathroom looks straight onto a wall covered in jasmine.
The extractor does not cope, so the mirror is useless after the first shower. You cannot set the aircon below twenty-three, which in December is not quite enough.

Fine for a couple of nights
They keep a pillow menu at reception and actually bring what you ask for. They let us sit in the courtyard with our own wine on the last night.
Shower pressure drops off when the floor is busy at about half past seven.

Would not book again
It is priced sensibly, and that counts for something. Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area.
Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom except the edge of the basin. The furniture is dated and the corridors could do with a repaint.

No complaints, no fireworks
The view over the rooftops from the balcony is a proper one. Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer.
The lift is slow enough that we walked down from the fifth floor most days.

Pleasant few nights
The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light. A second bedside lamp and a couple more sockets would finish the room off.
