Comfortable and well placed
We forgot it was a public holiday and they sorted us a table anyway. Coffee on the balcony after dinner, watching Ploče wake up. Worth the upgrade. Washer and a drying rack, so we travelled home with a clean bag.
Shower pressure drops off when the floor is busy at about half past six.

I was at Banje Beach in eight minutes on foot, which changed how I used the days. The front door code worked every time, which sounds like a low bar until you have stayed somewhere it did not.
Checkout is half past ten and a late one costs about as much as another night's breakfast.

Worth it for Ploče
Feels like a real home rather than a rental, which we prefer.
Waiting fifteen seconds for the lift each time adds up when you go back for a jumper.

Clean and central, not much else
Booked this on a whim and glad I did. Somebody had left a shelf of paperbacks by the window and I got through two of them. Easy place to stay on your own, and the area is fine to walk at night.
The keycards demagnetised twice and I had to go back down to the desk. Checkout at half past ten is early when you have an evening flight.

Would look elsewhere next time
Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat. The view over the rooftops from the balcony is a proper one.
Traffic on the main road carries to the front rooms until well past midnight. You hear the door of the room next to you every time it shuts.

We are fussy about where we sleep. The staff pointed us to a tiny tapas place round the corner and it became our regular.
