Room for improvement
Nobody blinked at a table for one, which is not true everywhere.
four floors and no lift - the Bed in 8-bed mixed dorm is lovely once you get up there with my rucksack.

Good location, mixed stay
A cat lives in the courtyard and considers the chairs to be hers. Good for a few nights alone - I was left to get on with it.
The keycards demagnetised twice and I had to go back down to the desk. The kitchen gets chaotic around half past ten, so cook early or late.

Comfortable, quiet, well placed
Not a mark anywhere, and the room smelled of nothing at all, which is exactly right. Check-in was quick and human, and they remembered our names for the rest of the stay. The wifi held up through a two-hour video call without a single drop.
The shower head is fixed high on the wall and cannot be angled.

Happy we booked it
Bunks have curtains, a plug and a light each, which is all anyone actually wants. Old Town has that mix of locals and visitors that makes a place feel alive rather than staged. They kept my rucksack until the evening flight and even brought them down to the taxi.
Checkout at eleven is early when you have an evening flight.

Not terrible, not memorable
A cat lives in the courtyard and considers the chairs to be hers. Old Town is pleasant to wander in the evening, and nothing felt far.
Storage is five hangers and a shelf, so I lived out of the bags.

Fine if you're out all day
They keep a pillow menu at reception and actually bring what you ask for. There is a bakery two doors down that opens at six, which I discovered by accident on the first morning.
It is a good ten minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.
