Wanted to like it more
Some of this worked, some of it did not. Quiet from about ten at night, once the bar downstairs empties out. The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast. the little one were happy, which is most of the review.
It is a good twenty minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.

Disappointing, sadly
Good for a few nights alone - I was left to get on with it.
Roadworks on the corner from eight on the Saturday, and nobody had warned me. Cleanliness was not what it should be - I found the previous guest's earring under the bed.

Quiet room, great coffee
Right, so. Nothing was too much trouble - a spare adapter, a table booking, a taxi at dawn. Someone has planted herbs in pots by the door and you are clearly meant to use them.
It is a good ten minutes from the nearest tram stop, further than the listing suggests.

Comfortable enough for three nights
Nobody blinked at a table for one, which is not true everywhere. The Junior Suite suited me well for a short stay.
The restaurant is fine but you would not choose it if you were not already staying there.

Iron that heats up, a mirror you can knot a tie in, and enough sockets by the bed.
The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on if you turn over in bed.
