Great few days in Rothschild
The courtyard rooms hear nothing but pigeons, which is the whole point.
Only the weather, which is hardly their doing.

Hard to recommend at this rate
The concierge was helpful with tickets and directions. Location is the strong point - twenty minutes to Rothschild Boulevard and a metro stop close by. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left.

Comfortable and well placed
Nothing was too much trouble - a spare adapter, a table booking, a taxi at dawn. Half board with a children's sitting at six meant we ate dinner in peace afterwards.
The keycards demagnetised twice and we had to go back down to the desk.

We have already rebooked
Would come back tomorrow - housekeeping were quietly excellent and clearly took pride in the rooms.
Checkout is ten and a late one costs about as much as another night's breakfast.

Somewhere between fine and not
Mixed feelings about this one. The Junior Suite suited me well for a short stay; you get more for the money here than at the two places I priced up in Rothschild.
Bin lorry at about half past seven on the Saturday, and I heard every bottle. There is no fridge in the room, so the wine I bought stayed warm.

The address is the best thing about it
Some of this worked, some of it did not. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left.
Wasps around the breakfast tables in September, which is hardly their fault.
