Straight to it: the location is the thing. The kids club actually did things rather than parking them in front of a screen, so we got two mornings to ourselves. For what we paid in September, this was the best value stay of the trip by a distance.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light.

9.2Great few days in Civil Lines
Straight to it: the location is the thing. They kept my rucksack until the evening flight and even brought them down to the taxi. Room service arrived in fifteen minutes at half past ten, which is why I book here.
There is no fridge in the room, so the wine we bought stayed warm.

10.0Hard to improve on
A washing machine halfway through a month on the road is worth more than a minibar. Blackout curtains that meet in the middle, a mattress with some life in it, and silence after eleven. Twenty-four hour reception meant a two a.m. arrival was a non-event.

9.1Good sleep, good breakfast
Twenty minutes to the conference centre, laundry back same day, invoice correct first time. Nadia sorted a late checkout on the last day without us even having to push for it. Fast, stable wifi in the room rather than only in the lobby, which is rarer than it should be.
Checkout at eleven is early when you have an evening flight.

6.8Some good, some frustrating
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. Efficient and predictable, which is what a two-night work trip needs. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them. Connection was good enough to work from for a morning.
The bathroom door catches on the bed frame, which tells you the size of the Family Room. The shower takes a good minute to warm up, which adds up over two days.

7.6Worth it for Civil Lines
Fair value for Jaipur prices, particularly in high season. Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning; the gym has what you need for a week away and is never busy.
We were reminded about the ten checkout twice on the Wednesday, which felt unnecessary.
