Good location, mixed stay
Some of this worked, some of it did not. Fine for a work trip: quiet floor, quick breakfast, cab rank outside. Breakfast is an extra, and worth it for fresh figs and yoghurt alone.
Service ranged from warm to indifferent depending on who was working. The bathroom fan runs for ten minutes after you leave and is loud.

Comfortable enough
There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved us a few euros a day. The restaurant is convenient and priced about where you would expect.
Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom except the edge of the basin.

Asked for a refund
It is close to Bayon, and that is the whole of the good news.
I do not enjoy writing reviews like this one. No hot water at all on the first morning, and no warning that the boiler was being worked on. The Superior Twin Room had not been cleaned properly: hair in the shower tray and dust along every skirting board. I was given a different room from the one I booked, smaller and facing the bins, with no adjustment to the price.

Pleasant but noisy at night
The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast. our two were happy, which is most of the review.
Wifi drops in the far rooms, so I took calls in the lobby.

Ten out of ten for Sok San
Our taxi driver could not find the entrance and drove past it twice, so save the map pin. Housekeeping were quietly excellent and clearly took pride in the rooms.
The lift takes one suitcase and a hopeful expression, so there is a queue at eleven in the morning.
