The restaurant is convenient and priced about where you would expect.
The carpet on the fifth floor is due for replacing. For the money I expected a little more attention to detail.

Clean and tidy throughout the stay. They let us sit in the courtyard with our own wine on the last night.
Pillows are enormous and there is no alternative on offer.

6.4Two nights was enough
They let us sit in the courtyard with our own wine on the last night. Firm mattress, which is exactly how we like it.
Nobody was on the desk for about ten minutes when we arrived on the Saturday. Service ranged from warm to indifferent depending on who was working.

Reception were helpful when I needed a doctor's address, which I appreciated.
I was moved rooms on the Friday at an hour's notice with no explanation.

Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
The city tax and the cleaning fee together came as a surprise at checkout.

Good set-up for families - a shallow pool, high chairs and staff who do not mind noise.
There is construction across the street that starts at quarter past seven, so bring earplugs.
