9.0Comfortable, quiet, well placed
Booked late and got lucky. Twenty minutes to the conference centre, laundry back same day, invoice correct first time. Firm mattress, which suits us, and a duvet that is not the usual thin thing. Astonishingly quiet for somewhere this central - we never heard the street once.
There is no fridge in the room, so the wine we bought stayed warm.

Good position overall, and I walked most places rather than paying for cabs; clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
There is a bar on the corner that empties out noisily on a Monday night.

Underfloor heating in the bathroom in September is a small luxury that I noticed every morning. Small gym but everything works, and it is open at six when I need it.
Nothing that would stop us booking again tomorrow.

8.0Does what it says
The gym has what you need for a week away and is never busy. Good set-up for families - a shallow pool, high chairs and staff who do not mind noise.
No kettle in the room, which for a British guest is practically a design flaw.

8.1Comfortable enough
Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily. Check-in was straightforward and the desk answered questions properly.
The grouting in the bathroom is tired and no amount of cleaning will fix it now.
