Restful and central
I am fussy about where I sleep. Nobody made me feel odd about eating alone, and the desk checked I had got back on the wet night. The kettle was already descaled, which is the kind of detail that tells you how a place is run.
Parking nearby is expensive, though that is Santorini rather than the hotel.

Poor value in Kamari
In fairness, the person on the desk did what she could.
For the money we expected a little more attention to detail. The kitchen closes at half past ten, which we found out the hard way on the Sunday.

Good location, average room
Booked this on a whim and glad we did. Quiet from about ten at night, once the bar downstairs empties out. Clean bed linen, clean towels, clean floors. That is the main thing.
Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry.

Not for us
Fine, with caveats. It is priced sensibly, and that counts for something. I left a charger behind and it arrived at home nine days later, no charge for the postage.
Service in the bar was slow when it filled up after half past nine. Roadworks on the corner from seven on the Saturday, and nobody had warned us.

Clean and central, not much else
There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved us a few euros a day. You get more for the money here than at the two places we priced up in Kamari. The Deluxe King Room is well organised and everything has somewhere to go.
Wasps around the breakfast tables in July, which is hardly their fault.

Worth every penny
We are fussy about where we sleep. No faff with the room: dark, cool and quiet by ten. We arrived hours early and they took the suitcases without a fuss, then messaged when the room was ready. Four of us across two rooms on the same corridor, which they arranged without being asked.
Nothing at all, and we looked.
