9.7Everything we hoped for
Iron that heats up, a mirror you can knot a tie in, and enough sockets by the bed.
The keycards demagnetised twice and we had to go back down to the desk.

Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning. The concierge was helpful with tickets and directions.
One person on the desk at nine in the evening means a queue when the airport bus arrives.

9.3Would book again tomorrow
They lent us an umbrella on the wet Tuesday and did not ask for it back until we left. the coffee in the lobby is free all day and genuinely good.
Check-in is not until four and there is nowhere comfortable to wait. Checkout is nine and a late one costs about as much as another night's breakfast.

The bed itself was comfortable. Everything around it was not.
I would have moved out on the first night if anything else had been free. No hot water at all on the last morning, and no warning that the boiler was being worked on. The room smelled strongly of damp and the window did not open to air it out.

In fairness, the person on the desk did what she could.
The sofa bed in the Family Room is not somewhere you would want a second week. The heating did not work properly for the first four nights and the fix took until the last day.

Pillows are enormous and there is no alternative on offer.
