Strong all round
The heating was already on when we arrived, which in December matters more than any spa. They put a cot in without being asked and left a small plate of fruit for our youngest. Firm mattress, which suits us, and a duvet that is not the usual thin thing.
Parking nearby is expensive, though that is Tel Aviv rather than the hotel.

Some good, some frustrating
Two nights, and two would have been plenty. Worked well for a group of us, with somewhere to sit together in the evening. Location is the strong point - twenty minutes to Tel Aviv Promenade and a metro stop close by.
The shower head is fixed high on the wall and cannot be angled.

Faultless from start to finish
Short version: yes. The Standard Double Room is bigger than the photographs suggest and cleverly laid out. The restaurant does a short menu properly rather than a long one badly. Small gym but everything works, and it is open at six when I need it.

Somewhere between fine and not
The gym has what you need for a week away and is never busy. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
The mattress dips in the middle, which after three nights you notice.

The address is the best thing about it
Not a disaster, just not what we expected. Fine for a work trip: quiet floor, quick breakfast, cab rank outside.
The lift takes one suitcase and a hopeful expression, so there is a queue at eleven in the morning.
