Easy to recommend
Housekeeping were quietly excellent and clearly took pride in the rooms. Travelling on my own, I never felt uneasy walking back into Sukhumvit late at night.

Tired and overpriced
Good position overall, and we walked most places rather than paying for cabs. the little one were happy, which is most of the review. The Junior Suite is well organised and everything has somewhere to go.
Breakfast stops at eleven even at weekends, which felt early.

One night too many
Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning. Fair value for Bangkok prices, particularly in high season.
Nobody was on the desk for about ten minutes when I arrived on the Thursday.

Charming and spotless
Booked late and got lucky. Not a mark anywhere, and the room smelled of nothing at all, which is exactly right. In at eleven at night, out at six, and everything worked. That is all I need.

A proper welcome
We nearly booked somewhere flashier and I am glad we did not. Breakfast is worth getting up for: honey from the market, the coffee made to order and fruit that tasted of something.
Not a single thing, which almost never happens.

We slept well: the room is dark, cool and quiet after ten.
A second bedside lamp and a couple more sockets would finish the room off.
