Comfortable, quiet, well placed
Room service arrived in fifteen minutes at half past ten, which is why I book here; free weights and two treadmills that are not held together with tape.
The lift is slow enough that we walked down from the fifth floor most days.

Not quite worth it
Good position overall, and we walked most places rather than paying for cabs. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them.
The grouting in the bathroom is tired and no amount of cleaning will fix it now.

Great few days in District VIII
Short version: yes. Astonishingly quiet for somewhere this central - I never heard the street once. Plenty of storage in the Junior Suite, which sounds dull until you have unpacked for a fortnight. The front door code worked every time, which sounds like a low bar until you have stayed somewhere it did not.
Not a single thing, which almost never happens.

Would look elsewhere next time
They keep a pillow menu at reception and actually bring what you ask for. Room was warm enough in November, which was the main worry. Breakfast is solid rather than lavish - eggs done to order and reliable coffee.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light. Nobody was on the desk for about fifteen minutes when we arrived on the Saturday.
