Fine if you're out all day
Efficient and predictable, which is what a two-night work trip needs. Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking.
The kitchen closes at eleven, which I found out the hard way on the Saturday.

Strong on location and staff
We nearly booked somewhere flashier and I am glad we did not. Twenty minutes to the conference centre, laundry back same day, invoice correct first time. I ran two client calls from the desk and the room was quiet enough that nobody asked where I was. There is a bakery two doors down that opens at six, which we discovered by accident on the first morning. Firm mattress, which suits us, and a duvet that is not the usual thin thing.
The shower door leaks a little onto the bathroom floor.

Some good, some frustrating
Firm mattress, which is exactly how we like it. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
Nobody told us the restaurant was closed for the week until we turned up hungry on the Friday. The shower head is fixed high on the wall and cannot be angled.

The bathroom is bigger than the one at home, with a rain shower and a bench to put things on. Firm mattress, which suits us, and a duvet that is not the usual thin thing. Not a mark anywhere, and the room smelled of nothing at all, which is exactly right. The Superior Twin Room is bigger than the photographs suggest and cleverly laid out.
The keycards demagnetised twice and we had to go back down to the desk.

We have already rebooked
Housekeeping were quietly excellent and clearly took pride in the rooms. The window in the bathroom looks straight onto a wall covered in jasmine.
Getting a taxi to find the entrance took some explaining.

Nice staff, tired building
Plenty of places to eat within a short walk, most of them reasonably priced.
The furniture is dated and the corridors could do with a repaint.
