Better in the photos
Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking. Fair value for Kraków prices, particularly in high season.
The wall to the corridor carries every conversation, and there was one at half past nine on the Monday.

Tired and overpriced
Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking. Efficient and predictable, which is what a two-night work trip needs.
The bathroom is clean but the fittings belong to a previous decade. You hear the door of the room next to you every time it shuts.

Restful and central
We arrived hours early and they took our bags without a fuss, then messaged when the room was ready. Four of us across two rooms on the same corridor, which they arranged without being asked.
The last two hundred metres are steep and cobbled - not a problem, just plan for it. There is one toaster for the whole room, so there is a queue at nine.

Nowa Huta done properly
Plenty of storage in the Superior Twin Room, which sounds dull until you have unpacked for a fortnight. Nowa Huta has that mix of locals and visitors that makes a place feel alive rather than staged. Small breakfast, but everything on the table was good - a cheese and ham plate and a pot of proper coffee. Hard to beat the position: St Mary's Basilica one way, the market the other, and no need for a taxi all week.
Nothing at all in four nights.

Good location, mixed stay
both boys were happy, which is most of the review.
Checkout is half past nine and a late one costs about as much as another night's breakfast.

Lovely staff, lovely building
A proper coffee machine in the room, not sachets of dust. The bathroom is bigger than the one at home, with a rain shower and a bench to put things on. In at eleven at night, out at six, and everything worked. That is all I need.
Breakfast is the same every day, which by the last morning I had noticed.
