Easy to recommend
Slept better than at home, which after four flights in a week is saying something.
A second bedside lamp and a couple more sockets would finish the room off.

Half worked, half didn't
Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left. The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast.
The carpet on the fourth floor is due for replacing. You cannot set the aircon below twenty-three, which in December is not quite enough.

Worth it for Kallio
The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast. Somebody had left a shelf of paperbacks by the window and I got through two of them.
Towels are changed only on request, which is sensible but was not explained.

Not terrible, not memorable
Check-in was straightforward and the desk answered questions properly. Nobody blinked at a table for one, which is not true everywhere. They keep a jar of sweets by the lift that nobody admits to eating from.
Getting a taxi to find the entrance took some explaining.

Better options in Kallio
Not a disaster, just not what we expected. Kallio is pleasant to wander in the evening, and nothing felt far. Clean and tidy throughout the stay. The Family Room is well organised and everything has somewhere to go.
Wifi does not reach the terrace, which is where you actually want to sit. Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry.

Needs a proper refurbishment
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake - it works as a place to sleep between meetings.
Bin lorry at about six on the Friday, and I heard every bottle. The carpet on the fifth floor is due for replacing.
