Cannot recommend it
The bed itself was comfortable enough. Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area.
Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom except the edge of the basin.

Frustrating from the start
It works as a place to sleep between meetings.
Not much space to move around the bed once a case is open on the floor. The restaurant is fine but you would not choose it if you were not already staying there.

Location good, room less so
Fair value for Sydney prices, particularly in high season. Easy place to stay on your own, and the area is fine to walk at night.
The shower head is fixed high on the wall and cannot be angled.

Happy we booked it
There is a shortcut through the square that saves about five minutes and somebody drew it on our map. Spotless, including the places nobody checks - skirting boards, the kettle, under the bed.
We could not find anything to complain about.

Room for improvement
There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved us a few euros a day. our son were happy, which is most of the review.
The last two hundred metres are steep and cobbled - not a problem, just plan for it.

The terrace alone is worth it
Room service arrived in fifteen minutes at half past ten, which is why I book here. Underfloor heating in the bathroom in May is a small luxury that I noticed every morning.
We had to be out by nine on the last day, and that is genuinely the worst of it.
