Good bones, tired edges
Fine for a work trip: quiet floor, quick breakfast, cab rank outside.
Storage is three hangers and a shelf, so I lived out of the bags. No full-length mirror anywhere in the Superior Twin Room.

Would stay again at that price
Short version: yes. Worked well for a group of us, with somewhere to sit together in the evening. Location is the strong point - fifteen minutes to Rozenhoedkaai and a metro stop close by. Fabio at the desk was the standout - patient and genuinely useful.
One radiator for the whole room, and in December that is not quite enough.

One night too many
Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building.
Check-in is not until four and there is nowhere comfortable to wait. A bottle of water in the room costs what a bottle of wine costs on the corner.

Good value for Historic Centre
Cheaper than the chain hotels two streets over and considerably nicer. Check-in was quick and human, and they remembered my names for the rest of the stay. Easy to park right outside and no hunting around at midnight.
The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on if you turn over in bed.

Would look elsewhere next time
Not a disaster, just not what we expected. Historic Centre is pleasant to wander in the evening, and nothing felt far. Fair value for Bruges prices, particularly in high season. The concierge was helpful with tickets and directions.
There is construction across the street that starts at seven, so bring earplugs.
