Two nights was enough
Fine for a work trip: quiet floor, quick breakfast, cab rank outside. The restaurant is convenient and priced about where you would expect.
Breakfast stops at eleven even at weekends, which felt early. The sofa bed in the Family Room is not somewhere you would want a second week.

Tired and overpriced
The concierge was helpful with tickets and directions. Connection was good enough to work from for a morning.
The staircase is narrow and steep, so allow a minute or two more than you think.

Very happy indeed
No faff with the room: dark, cool and quiet by ten. We arrived hours early and they took the cases without a fuss, then messaged when the room was ready. We upgraded to the Deluxe King Room and would do it again without thinking. The wifi held up through a two-hour video call without a single drop.

Lovely staff, lovely building
Four of us across two rooms on the same corridor, which they arranged without being asked. West Bay turned out to be exactly the right call - everything we had pinned was walkable.
Street parking is free after half past nine and impossible before it.

Nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about
Clean and tidy throughout the stay. Breakfast is solid rather than lavish - almond croissants and reliable coffee.
