6.6Tired and overpriced
Easy place to be a group without annoying anyone. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left. The rate held steady when we added a night, which we appreciated.
The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on if you turn over in bed. Only one socket by the bed, and the switch for it is behind the headboard.

8.2Right for a short stay
Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about. Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning.
The radiator clanked from about six every morning.

8.2Pleasant but noisy at night
A washing machine in the flat, which halfway through a long trip is a real thing. Clean bed linen, clean towels, clean floors. That is the main thing. The concierge was helpful with tickets and directions.
Breakfast is the same every day, which by the last morning we had noticed.

Parking is available and reasonably priced for the area.
You cannot set the aircon below twenty-three, which in November is not quite enough. Roadworks on the corner from seven on the Wednesday, and nobody had warned me.

7.7No surprises, good or bad
Long weekend, first time in Coconut Grove. Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking. Breakfast is an extra, and worth it for proper pastries alone. They let us sit in the courtyard with our own wine on the last night.
You have to log in again every day, which is a small irritation that adds up over four nights.

9.1Good from check-in onwards
The kettle was already descaled, which is the kind of detail that tells you how a place is run. In at eleven at night, out at six, and everything worked. That is all I need.
The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on if you turn over in bed.
