Left slightly deflated
Fine, with caveats. Charming small hotel, and the lighting lifts it above the usual. The view over the rooftops from the balcony is a proper one.
One radiator for the whole room, and in December that is not quite enough.

Faultless from start to finish
Third time in Stockholm and the first time we have got the hotel right. I uploaded a large file from the room in minutes and nobody at the other end noticed I was away. There is a shortcut through the square that saves about five minutes and somebody drew it on our map. Worth every penny, and we do not say that often.
Nothing at all in five nights.

Location carries it
Charming small hotel, and the old terrazzo floor lifts it above the usual; clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
The keycards demagnetised twice and we had to go back down to the desk.

Nearly perfect
Room service arrived in fifteen minutes at half past ten, which is why I book here.
The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on if you turn over in bed. The lift is slow enough that we walked down from the fourth floor most days.

Better than the street suggests
Third time in Stockholm and the first time we have got the hotel right. We ended up in the same corner cafe three mornings running, which tells you something about Djurgården. Records in the room, a proper armchair and the morning coffee that would hold up in any city.
Loading and unloading outside is awkward on a street that narrow. Getting a taxi to find the entrance took some explaining.

Does the important things well
Turned up late, tired and grumpy, and were looked after. Nobody made me feel odd about eating alone, and the desk checked I had got back on the wet night.
Blackout blinds would make a difference in September, when it is bright by half past six.
