Fine, and fine is enough
Would come back tomorrow. Clean bed linen, clean towels, clean floors. That is the main thing. Good set-up for families - a shallow pool, high chairs and staff who do not mind noise.
No lift, and it is two flights with a hard turn at the top. Worth knowing before you book.

Location good, room less so
Wanted to like it more than we did. Nadia at the desk was the standout - patient and genuinely useful. Easy place to be a group without annoying anyone.
The bed is too firm for us - we ended up putting the spare duvet under the sheet.

Good spot, tired rooms
The shuttle runs on the hour and drops you right at the terminal. Efficient and predictable, which is what a two-night work trip needs. Pleasant bar for a nightcap, and they do not rush you out of it. The room was cleaned properly every day and the bins were never left.
One person on the desk at half past nine in the evening means a queue when the airport bus arrives. There is one toaster for the whole room, so there is a queue at eleven.

Very happy indeed
Straight to it: the location is the thing. The kids club actually did things rather than parking them in front of a screen, so we got two mornings to ourselves. Two nights in and we were sleeping through until eight, which never happens for us.
Nothing at all in four nights.

Does what it says
A bell rings somewhere nearby on the hour and we stopped noticing it by the second day. Comfortable bed, and they brought firmer pillows within ten minutes of asking.
Hot water was slow to arrive on the fourth floor first thing. four floors and no lift - the Family Room is lovely once you get up there with the suitcases.
