Would look elsewhere next time
Wanted to like it more than we did. Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning. The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast; the Deluxe King Room is well organised and everything has somewhere to go. Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily.
Service ranged from warm to indifferent depending on who was working. Nobody was on the desk for about ten minutes when we arrived on the Sunday.

Comfortable, quiet, well placed
In at eleven at night, out at six, and everything worked. That is all I need.
The curtains do not quite meet in the middle, so you are up with the light. The shower takes a good minute to warm up, which adds up over four days.

Comfortable enough for three nights
Fair value for Kraków prices, particularly in high season. Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building. A bell rings somewhere nearby on the hour and we stopped noticing it by the second day.
Hot water was slow to arrive on the third floor first thing.

Two nights was enough
I slept well: the room is dark, cool and quiet after ten.
Scaffolding went up on the building opposite halfway through my stay. I was reminded about the nine checkout twice on the Wednesday, which felt unnecessary.

Ten out of ten for Nowa Huta
In at eleven at night, out at six, and everything worked. That is all I need. Spotless, including the places nobody checks - skirting boards, the kettle, under the bed.
Wasps around the breakfast tables in May, which is hardly their fault.

Several things went wrong
Not a disaster, just not what I expected. It works as a place to sleep between meetings. The shuttle runs on the hour and drops you right at the terminal.
The restaurant is fine but you would not choose it if you were not already staying there. Storage is three hangers and a shelf, so I lived out of the bags.
