Some good, some frustrating
Good for a few nights alone - I was left to get on with it.
Breakfast is at a set time of eight, which does not suit a lie-in.

One to avoid at this price
Two nights, and two would have been plenty. Dog-friendly and nobody minded, which was the main thing. Reasonably peaceful at the back of the building.
The air conditioning rattled on the second night; maintenance swapped a part the next morning.

Clean and central, not much else
Lovely for a couple of nights away, quiet and personal.
Aircon only runs when the balcony door is properly shut, and the catch is temperamental. Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom except the edge of the basin.

Unhappy from check-in to check-out
Nothing I would put in this box, and I have thought about it.
The kitchen was missing most of what you would need to cook, despite the listing. Building work started at half past six every morning and nobody mentioned it when we booked. The heating did not come on for the whole stay and it was September.
