Ask for a room at the back
Nothing was too much trouble - a spare adapter, a table booking, a taxi at dawn. We are not usually breakfast people and we went down every morning. The terrace is small but nobody else seems to use it, so it became ours. Plenty of storage in the Family Suite, which sounds dull until you have unpacked for a fortnight.
Nothing worth mentioning, and that is rare.

Better on price than polish
The bathroom is cleverly laid out and the shower is hot and fast. Clean bed linen, clean towels, clean floors. That is the main thing. The terrace is a good place to sit with a book in the late afternoon.
The grouting in the bathroom is tired and no amount of cleaning will fix it now.

Perfectly decent
Clean bed linen, clean towels, clean floors. That is the main thing. Breakfast is an extra, and worth it for proper pastries alone. Easy place to stay on your own, and the area is fine to walk at night.
Delivery vans start up under the window from around six.

Needs a proper refurbishment
Two nights, and two would have been plenty. The bed itself was comfortable enough.
Wifi does not reach the terrace, which is where you actually want to sit. Bin lorry at about half past six on the Thursday, and we heard every bottle.

Warm welcome in Vasastan
Proper shower pressure and hot water immediately, not after a minute of hoping. It feels like a house rather than a hotel, and the owners are around without hovering. We arrived hours early and they took the suitcases without a fuss, then messaged when the room was ready.
Breakfast is the same every day, which by the second morning we had noticed.
