Restful and central
Would come back tomorrow. I ended up in the same corner cafe three mornings running, which tells you something about Old Town. Travelling on my own, I never felt uneasy walking back into Old Town late at night.
Blackout blinds would make a difference in December, when it is bright by eight.

Worth it for Old Town
Charming small hotel, and the fabrics lifts it above the usual. The terrace is a good place to sit with a book in the late afternoon.
The radiator clanked from about quarter past seven every morning.

One to avoid at this price
Booked on the photographs, which was my mistake. There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved me a few euros a day. Somebody had left a shelf of paperbacks by the window and I got through two of them.
Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom except the edge of the basin. Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry.

A find
Turned up late, tired and grumpy, and were looked after. We were at City Walls in eight minutes on foot, which changed how we used the days. Late nights out and nobody once tutted at us coming in at three.
We could not find anything to complain about.

Fifteen rooms, one very good coffee machine and a courtyard nobody talks in above a murmur.

Twenty minutes to the conference centre, laundry back same day, invoice correct first time.
One person on the desk at ten in the evening means a queue when the airport bus arrives.
