Underwhelmed but not unhappy
Not a disaster, just not what I expected. There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved me a few euros a day. Clean bathroom, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about.
Blackout blinds would make a difference in December, when it is bright by six.

Fine, but not at that price
Two bus routes and a tram stop within a few minutes, so we got around easily. Three rooms on the same floor, which saved a lot of shouting up stairwells.
Coffee at breakfast comes from a machine rather than the bar downstairs, which is a shame. Nobody was on the desk for about forty minutes when we arrived on the Wednesday.

One night too many
Practical base near the offices, and the checkout was quick at seven in the morning.
Traffic on the main road carries to the front rooms until well past midnight.

Needs some attention
Easy place to stay on your own, and the area is fine to walk at night. The kettle was already descaled, which is the kind of detail that tells you how a place is run.
The desk was stretched thin and it showed - four requests went unanswered.

A bad three nights
One of the cleaners was lovely and clearly working with nothing.
The lift was out of order the whole week and there is no sign of it being fixed. Nobody was on the desk for long stretches, so we stood in the lobby with the cases for twenty minutes at check-in.

Genuinely lovely stay
Four of us across two rooms on the same corridor, which they arranged without being asked. They cook eggs how you ask and the bread comes from the bakery opposite, still warm.
