Would book again tomorrow
The kettle was already descaled, which is the kind of detail that tells you how a place is run. Not a mark anywhere, and the room smelled of nothing at all, which is exactly right.

Worth every penny and then some
Booked late and got lucky; somebody on the desk at three in the morning when our flight finally landed, still cheerful. the little one were in the pool from nine until they were dragged out, and the shallow end is properly shallow.
A second bedside lamp and a couple more sockets would finish the room off.

Faultless from start to finish
Half board with a children's sitting at six meant we ate dinner in peace afterwards. A cat lives in the courtyard and considers the chairs to be hers.

Better than the price suggests
Proper shower pressure and hot water immediately, not after a minute of hoping. I am not usually breakfast people and I went down every morning.
Checkout at ten is early when you have an evening flight.

Half worked, half didn't
The window in the bathroom looks straight onto a wall covered in jasmine. A desk of a usable size, a proper chair and sockets where you need them. Firm mattress, which is exactly how we like it.
Blackout blinds would make a difference in July, when it is bright by quarter past seven. Street parking is free after ten and impossible before it.

Left a night early
Easy place to stay on your own, and the area is fine to walk at night.
The bathroom fan runs for twenty minutes after you leave and is loud. You hear the door of the room next to you every time it shuts.
