The building is residential, so the stairwell smells of somebody's dinner rather than air freshener.
We were reminded about the half past nine checkout twice on the Monday, which felt unnecessary.

The flat suited us well for a short stay.
Everything on site is priced for people not counting, from the water to the laundry. The connection slowed to nothing each evening from about half past ten, when the place fills up.

Not a disaster, just not what I expected. The desk kept an eye out for me without making a thing of it. The flat suited me well for a short stay.
The lift takes one suitcase and a hopeful expression, so there is a queue at ten in the morning. Traffic on the main road carries to the front rooms until well past midnight.

7.5Clean and central, not much else
Short version: yes. There is a coffee machine in the room, which saved us a few euros a day. Straightforward self check-in and a well-equipped flat.
It is uphill from the metro, which you feel with the suitcases in the heat.

Spot on for a first visit - you can walk out of the door and start.
Nobody was on the desk for about twenty-five minutes when we arrived on the Thursday.
